It’s really scratching to have broken blocks when you use a concrete brick making machine. Yet it occurs a lot. The bricks might break or come apart right after being demoulded. Some might hold together temporarily, but get broken once being touched. In some cases the bricks are sent back into the concrete mixer. Except for the machine problems, inappropriate operation of a block machine also contributes to breaking of concrete blocks. Reasons and solutions are as below.
Reason 1: The pressure adjustment of the main pressure regulating valve is too large.
Manifestation: The motor is running hard, which causes the motor to be burned.
Solution: The total pressure regulating valve should be reduced gradually until the motor runs normally. Achieving timely adjustment and inspection is the operating condition of the machine. The main power supply line of the power system of the automatic concrete block making machine equipment is 25mm or more aluminum wire or 16mm2 or more copper wire. When the equipment is operating normally, the input voltage is: high voltage 380V-410V, low voltage 330V-360V.
Reason 2: The pressure of the pressure head on the brick mold is too small.
Manifestation: the brick surface is loose when the brick is broken, the brick body is broken, or the upper mold is lifted up with the lower mold when the brick is removed.
Cause: The upper pressure head pressure is too low, and the brick cannot be positioned, causing the brick surface to become loose. Because the pressure cannot lock the lower mold, the impact force between the mold and the vibrating table is too large, causing open welding or damage to various parts of the mold, the balance arm and the host, which affects the components of the entire equipment.
Solution: The pressure of the independent pressure regulating valve corresponding to the upper oil pipe of the upper pressure head cylinder should be gradually increased, and the wrench of the upper mold should be gently moved while the lower mold is lifted, so that the upper pressure head cylinder maintains a certain pressure and can maintain the lower mold. The bricks in the middle do not rise with the mold, thereby reducing the breakage rate of the bricks.
Reason 3: The lower pressure of the lower die is too large.
Manifestation: Insufficient vibration force of the vibrator, a long period of brick production or loose bricks.
Solution: The pressure of the independent pressure regulating valve corresponding to the upper oil pipe of the lower die cylinder should be reduced.
Reason 4: uneven mixing of raw materials
The raw materials are not uniformly stirred, or the raw materials are too dry to achieve the effect of coagulation, resulting in failure to form.
Solution: re-mix the concrete
Reason 5: Uneven pallet surface
The brick pallet surface of the concrete brick making machine is uneven, which causes the quality of some bricks to meet the requirements after vibration, and some cannot.
Solution: replace pallets
