The additive tank of a concrete mixing plant functions to store liquid additive for concrete production. Additives are so frequently applied that the additive tank has become an irreplaceable part of all kinds of concrete mixing plants, including mini batching plant and mobile concrete mixing plant. The tank consists of feed 1, tank 2, liquid level display tube 3, ladder 4, return line 5, admixture pump 6, discharge tube 7 and the like are constructed as shown in the figure.
The tank body is cylindrical, and the liquid level display tube is used to display the position of the additive inside and outside the tank. When the material is added to the external tank, the additive can be prevented from overflowing; when the liquid level is low, the user can be reminded to feed the tank in time. Because the admixture is easy to subside, it is easy for “sludge” to accumulate at the bottom of the tank, and a discharge valve is equipped. In the process of use, in order to prevent the composition of the liquid from subside, a reflux pipe is equipped on the tank. After the pump is activated, a part of the pumped additive is sent to the admixture measuring bucket for measurement, and the other part is sent back to the pump. Because the pumped admixture has a certain pressure, an impact is formed in the tank, which promotes the admixture to be mobile from subsiding. Maintaining the homogeneity of the admixture is beneficial to improving the stability of the concrete quality.
In a word, the additive tank is an important part for a concrete mixing plant. You can never discard it with even a mini batching plant.
