Diesel engine concrete mixer machine

A diesel engine concrete mixer machine, usually of self-falling type, is cheaper than forced mixers. It falls on two types: disc rolling mixer and twin-cone reverse mixer. Both are mobile mixers.

A disc rolling mixer, can mix plastic and semi-dry hard concrete. The mixing drum rotates forward to mix and backward to discharge, yielding 200, 250, 300 or 350 liters of concrete per mixing task and 6 to 14 cubic concrete per hour, with different models. Although it’s a mobile concrete mixer, a disc rolling mixer can be fixed in the ground with its hopper mouth parallel to the ground level, which makes feeding more convenient and reduces labor intensity. A twin-cone reverse concrete mixer machine diesel is composed of mechanisms of feeding, stirring, transmission, water supply, chassis and electric control. The feeding system consists of a winch mechanism, a feeding rack, a hopper, a feeding funnel, etc. The brake motor can ensure that the hopper can be stopped at any position reliably when the hopper is running at full load. The size of the braking torque is adjusted by the large nut in the rear seat of the motor. Composed of electric motor, water pump, regulating valve, suction valve and pipeline, the water supply system has water flowing into the mixing drum, and the amount of water needed is controlled by the time relay in the electronic control system. When the button is rotated to the "time control" position, the pump will operate following the setting time. The chassis is a welded structure. The lower part is equipped with two tires, the front part is equipped with a traction rod for towing, and the four corners of the chassis are equipped with adjustable legs. When the mixer is working, the outriggers should be firmly supported to make the whole machine stable. When towing, the legs should be stowed at their high position and fixed with bolts, and the front support wheels should be turned upside down and hung.
