Differences between a stationary and a mobile concrete batching plant

Model

The stationary concrete batching plant mainly refers to the general mixing station, the model is HZS type, which is mainly used for mass production of concrete. Models include hzs25, hzs35, hzs50, hzs60, hzs75, hzs90, hzs120, hzs180, shzs120, shzs180 etc. For example, hzs25 means 25m3 concrete batching plant, and shzs120 means a twin plant of hzs120, namely, 240m3 per hour.

The mobile concrete batching plant refers to a movable plant whose parts are designed in an compact way so that it’s convenient to move the plant. Its models include yhzs25, yhzs35, yhzs50, yhzs60 and yhzs75, and the meanings for the models are the same with that of stationary plants.

Application

Generally, stationary concrete mixing plants can be divided into commodity mixing station and engineering mixing station by means of use. The new market is new. In rural markets, there are three uses, called rural mixing stations, which provide concrete support for rural reforms.

The purchaser of the mobile concrete batching plant generally has two purposes, one is to undertake temporary construction for concrete production, and the other is to use the mobile mixing station to have good mobility and special convenience characteristics for renting. In the temporary works, the long lines of the engineering line, the high-speed rail project, and the construction space shortage, the mobile mixing station is often seen.

Configuration

A stationary concrete mixing plant is equipped with the main structure, mixer, batching machine, cement silo, weighing system, electric system, pneumatic system, aggregate lifting system, control room, and mixing truck, concrete pump, etc. If it is a commercial concrete mixing plant, a weighbridge and a commercial concrete laboratory are necessary, too. The system is more complicated, but the working ability and coordination ability are good.

Compared with the fixed mixing station, a mobile concrete batching plant is compacter and simpler. It consists of a mixer, a batching machine, a control room, a belt conveyor, a weighing system, a line cable, wheels, etc., all in one traction tray. On the upper, the traction tray has a towing unit for easy connection with the mobile front. Therefore, in addition to the basic equipment, the mobile mixing station needs a tractor head, and the cement silo of the mobile mixing station needs to be checked separately.
