3. Electronic control proportional valve adjustment. Electronic control proportional valve adjustment according to the different electronic control methods are divided into the following two ways: 1, wireless remote control output PWM signal directly drives displacement control proportional valve so as to realize the stepless speed regulation of the pumping displacement, which overcomes the problem that the mechanical adjustment mode cannot realize the remote control. The disadvantage is that once the remote controller fails, the pumping displacement adjustment cannot be realized in the control panel. 2. The proportional amplification board outputs the PWM signal to drive the displacement control proportional valve through the (remote control/panel control) changeover switch, which can conveniently realize the adjustment of the input end of the wireless remote control or control panel to the proportional amplification board, so that the proportional amplification board outputs 200-600 MA PWM signal to drive the displacement control proportional valve. In summary, the proportional amplification board outputs a PWM signal to drive the displacement control proportional valve to change the pumping displacement mode, which not only overcomes the shortcomings of the mechanical inconvenience adjustment, but also flexibly realizes the connection between the wireless remote controller and the control panel. The conversion control realizes the stepless speed regulation of the pumping displacement, which is more in line with the actual construction requirements.
