A js1000 mixer concrete mixing plant has a output of 1 cubic meter per time, with an hourly productivity of 45m3 to 60m3. It can be a standard plant, a simply designed plant or a mobile plant.

A standard JS1000 concrete mixing plant is usually of the model of HZS50 or HZS60. It’s equipped with a concrete mixer, a batching machine, screw conveyors, 2 sets of 100-ton silos, 4 separate weighing systems, a control system combining semi-automatic system, full-automatic system, and a control room. This is configuration for HZS50, a HZS60 JS1000 plant has extra devices: a set of support legs, a belt conveyor, an enclosure system for both the concrete mixer and the belt conveyor. A simple JS1000 concrete mixing plant adopts a modular design. The main equipment includes a JS1000 concrete mixer and a batching machine. It occupies a small area, is convenient for installation and transition, and is flexible in configuration. Some equipment supports customization. The control system of the simple concrete mixing plant is a centralized control system. Although it is not as good as the standard concrete mixing plant, its production volume and production quality are not worse than that of the standard concrete mixing plant. Its configuration includes: concrete mixer, concrete batching machine, cement silo, screw conveyor, individual weighing and control system. However, a simple configuration is not generally adopted for a mixing plant larger than 60m3/h, because its production efficiency is not as good as that of a standard full-automatic mixing plant. Mobile js1000 mixer concrete mixing plants are actually a standard mobile concrete batching plant of 50m3 or 60m3 per hour.
