Safety requirements for concrete pump operation

1) sand and stone particle size, cement label and mix ratio shall meet the requirements of the mechanical performance of trailer mounted concrete pump according to the requirements of the factory manual.

2) bolts of concrete conveying and pumping equipment should be tightened, pipe joints should be tightened and sealed, and protective devices should be complete and reliable.

3) control the beginning of each part, and adjust the handle, handwheel, control rod, cock, etc. in the correct position. The hydraulic system should be normally leak-free.

4) prepare cleaning pipes, cleaning supplies and other related devices. Before operation, the pipe must be lubricated with cement mortar prepared according to the regulations. Extraneous personnel must leave the pipe.

5) when the material bar is fully extended, mobile concrete pump is strictly prohibited to move your body. When it is necessary to move in the operation, the upper part of the cloth rod should be folded and fixed, and the movement speed should not exceed 10km/h. The material rod shall not use any fitting pipe exceeding the specified diameter, and the wheel pipe shall be connected with the safety rope belt for anti-stripping.

6) all kinds of instruments and indicator lights should be monitored at any time and adjusted or handled in time when abnormal conditions are found. If the conveying pipe is blocked, reverse operation should be carried out to return the concrete to the hopper. If necessary, the pipe should be removed to eliminate the blockage.

7) when the pumping system is under pressure, no conveying pipe and hydraulic pipe shall be opened. The safety valve of the hydraulic system shall not be arbitrarily adjusted. The accumulator can only be filled with ammonia.

8) it is strictly prohibited to use compressed air to flush the material rod fitting pipe. The folding and shrinking of the cloth rods must be carried out in sequence.

9) all control switches, adjusting handle, handwheel, control sweat and cock should be reset.
