Causes of heating in hydraulic system of concrete pump

Concrete pump is the construction equipment of conveying concrete by pressure through pipelines. The hydraulic system of concrete pump is generally high pressure and large flow system. 1. After the temperature of the working liquid increases, the viscosity of the working liquid decreases, the leakage of the pump increases, and the actual flow of the pump decreases.

2. The sealing parts of the hydraulic system and components are deteriorated at high temperature, and the elastic degeneration ability is reduced, so that the sealing performance is decreased, or even the sealing failure is increased;

3. When the valve core and valve body materials of hydraulic valve parts are different, and the thermal expansion coefficient is different, the valve core and valve body become stuck due to thermal expansion, so that the concrete pump cannot work;

4. When the viscosity of working liquid drops, the lubrication performance of working liquid is reduced, and the wear of hydraulic components is accelerated, which accelerates the wear and failure of components and shortens their service life.
