Routine maintenance of JS2000 concrete mixer in the concrete mixing plant

First, JS2000 concrete mixer should check the items before use:

1. Check if the fuselage is stable.

2. Whether the connecting bolts on the blade and the stirring blade support arm are firm.

3. Whether the connecting bolts on the loading rack are tight.

4. Whether the pump water supply is sufficient, and whether the pipeline is unblocked.

5. Clean the inside and outside of the mixing drum, the discharge door, the ash on the hopper, and rinse it with water.

6. The hopper is parked in the transport position and the brake pin is inserted. There must be no debris in the hopper.

7. Turn off the power and lock the electrical control box.

8. Add the necessary lubricating oil to each lubrication point as appropriate.

9. All water stored in the water supply system should be drained.

Second, JS concrete mixer should check the items every week:

1. Check the wire rope wear condition and apply a little oil. After the wire rope is worn to a certain extent, replace it.

2. Check the oil level of the gearbox and the oil quantity of the oil pump, check the condition of each lubrication part, and add lubricant to the hopper roller bearing and the pulley bearing.

3. The water supply device should be kept clean to avoid blockage, and the suction valve should be cleaned once.

4. Check if the travel switch rocker arm is loose. If it is loose, it should be adjusted.

5. Check the blade connecting bolts. If the support arm connecting bolts are loose, adjust them as appropriate. The maximum clearance between the blades and the cylinder wall is 5mm and tighten it as necessary.

6. Check the contactor contacts in the electrical box.

7. Unscrew the blockage, check the shaft end seal, and make necessary adjustments, repairs and replacements.

Third, the concrete mixer should check the items regularly:

1. Check the hoisting lift brake and make appropriate adjustments.

2. Check the water pump and throttle valve for leaks.

3. Check the open gear, apply the lubricant and adjust the belt tightness.

4. Check the wear of the blades and liners and replace them as appropriate.
