The hzs180 concrete batching plant is mainly used for concrete works. The main purpose is to mix mixed concrete, also called mixing station. It is a complete set of equipment for the production of concrete, consisting of systems and structural components such as feeding, storage, batching, mixing, discharging, and control. It is suitable for large-scale infrastructure construction projects such as urban commodity ready-mixed concrete, road bridges, water conservancy, airports, ports, and places with large demand for concrete.

The 180m3 concrete mixing plant is not as efficient as a 180 mixing building. Compared with the measurement of the aggregate material, the intermediate aggregate measurement is reduced by four intermediate steps, and the vertical blanking measurement is adopted, which saves the measurement time, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency. In the case of the same model, the production efficiency of the mixing building is higher than that. The production efficiency of the mixing station is increased by one third. For example, the production efficiency of the HLS90 building is equivalent to the production efficiency of the HZS120 station. The production efficiency of the HLS120 building is equivalent to the production efficiency of the HZS180 plant. The production efficiency of the HLS180 building is equivalent to the production efficiency of the HZS240 station.
