Unqualified raw materials
The coarse aggregate gradation deviation is large: the coarse aggregate used in the current project is produced by several stone factories and transported to the construction site. Each stone material factory uses different types of crushers such as hammer, jaw or counterattack to process the gravel, and there is no strict, uniform and standardized production management in each stone material factory. There is no uniform requirement for the wear level of asphalt mixing plant such as breakers and screens. The coarse aggregate specifications actually produced by each stone material factory are different from the requirements of highway construction technical specifications. The above reasons cause the coarse aggregate gradation deviation to be large, and can not meet the grading requirements.
Production grade instability
The mix ratio is unreasonable: the production mix ratio is the mixing ratio of various sand and stone materials in the finished asphalt mixture specified in the design, which is determined by the laboratory. The target mix ratio is set to further ensure the production mix ratio, and can be adjusted according to actual conditions during production. If the production mix ratio or the target mix ratio is unreasonable, the stone of each metering bin of asphalt concrete plant will be disproportionate, and it will not be weighed in time, and the mixing tank will idle and the output will be reduced.
Irrational arrangement of vibrating screen
The hot aggregates are sieved through a vibrating screen and then enter the respective hot silos. Whether the hot aggregate can be fully sieved depends on the arrangement of the vibrating screen and the length of the stream on the screen. The vibrating screen arrangement is divided into a flat screen and a diagonal screen. When the screen is too flat and the material conveyed to the screen is excessive, the screening efficiency of the vibrating screen may decrease or even block the screen. At this time, the particles that have not passed through the mesh will produce a silo, and the excessive rate of the silo will cause an increase in the fine aggregate in the mixture, which will change the gradation of the asphalt mixture.
Improper adjustment and operation of LB2000 Asphalt Mixing Plant
Improper adjustment: the performance is improperly set in the dry mix and wet mix time, the opening of the mineral powder butterfly and the opening and closing time of the bucket door are not properly adjusted. The general mixing cycle time of the LB2000 asphalt station is 45s, the theoretical production capacity is 160t/h, the actual mixing cycle time is 55s, and the actual production is 130t/h. Calculated at 10 hours per day, the daily output can reach up to 1300t. If the production is increased on this basis, the mixing cycle time must be shortened under the premise of ensuring the quality.
