The configuration of hzs75 stationary concrete batching plant is actually simpler than hzs60 plants. The main difference lies in the aggregate conveying method. An hzs60 plant is equipped with a belt conveyor, while a 75m3 plant with a bucket feeder. Therefore, an hzs75 plant requires a smaller flooring space, which can save up to one-half to two-thirds of the land occupation area compared with the conventional inclined belt conveying and loading concrete mixing plant. In addition, it takes less time to install it. It only takes a few hours to unload the steel beam of the main system from the transport vehicle, and it takes only two to four days to complete the pre-production preparation along with the installation of the control room, batching station and other supporting equipment.
