3. The bolts of each part of the pumping equipment should be tightened, the pipe joints should be tightly sealed, and the protective devices should be complete and reliable.

4. Prepare the relevant equipment such as cleaning tubes and cleaning supplies. Before the operation, the pipeline must be lubricated with cement mortar prepared according to the regulations, and the unrelated personnel must leave the pipeline.

5. The parking brake and locking brake of cement pump for sale should be used at the same time. The tire should be tightly wedged, the water supply should be normal and the water tank should be filled with clean water. There should be no debris in the hopper, and the lubrication points should be properly lubricated.

6. At the beginning of each part of the operation, the adjustment handle, handwheel, lever, cock, etc. should be in the correct position. The hydraulic system should be leak free.

7. Scientifically and rationally choose admixtures to improve the mechanical properties of concrete and improve durability.

8. The ground supporting the concrete pump should be flat and solid; the whole machine should be placed horizontally and should not be tilted during the work. The legs should be able to support the machine stably and be securely locked or fixed. The position of the pump should be convenient for the concrete mixer truck to enter and exit the hopper and feed the hopper. It is also considered to be beneficial to the pumping pipe and reduce the pumping pressure loss. At the same time, it is required to be close to the pouring place, and the power supply and water supply are convenient.

9. After the concrete pump price is connected with the conveying pipe, it should be inspected in accordance with the provisions of the concrete pump instruction manual. After running for 10 minutes at no load, check whether the mechanisms or systems are working properly.
